On 9/27/17 I tried to buy a CD in my Revocable Trust. The customer service rep saw that my middle initial wasn't in the system.
I waited two hours for this to be resolved, but it wasn't. I was informed it would be taken care of over the weekend. That didn't happen either. I called this morning, Oct.
3, and was told they were checking into the problem, but it probably would not be fixed until this coming weekend.
In this day and time, how could something so simple as correcting your information take over several days and it still isn't completed. I have banked there for 59 years and am SO disgusted with how I have been treated.
