I am trying to get copies of statements because my future ex-wife stole my tax records. I am unable to sign into my Discover Card account.
I have called them 4 times. They do not care. I recently called them. They will not mail me a year end summary.
I am switching to a card that actually provides service. I was so upset I cancelled my cards. They used to provide good customer service. It has really gone down hill.
I have had a Discover Card for a long time. They used to be helpful. They are not anymore. I am going to BofA or Visa.
They actually help. I will never go back to Discover.
