I used my DC once in the past 2 yrs.Twice in the past year fraudulent charges were made on my card in which I immediately contacted Discover to dispute.

It seemed acknowledged by Discover after speaking to both the fraud dept (which does nothing btw) and the investigation dept. who supposedly has the power to deal with this issue. I then kept receiving invoices along with weekly phone calls where I was asked to wait up to 30 minutes to speak to someone for the fraud payments. Still the bills, the calls...6mo later the same thing, unresolved.

I cancelled the card, did no good-only to find Discover owes me money which they never sent.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DISCOVER.I'm on my 6th conversation and will take them to court next.This is beyond poor business practices-DISCOVER=FRAUD.
