I opened a cd account with them, they closed my account and wont release my money, they are requiring my bank to collect the money but my bank said that's wrong of them to do and there not willing to help either so go figure its been 2 weeks since they closed my account with notifying me and just because they wanted to.. unreal spent hours on the phone, every one is going me the run around.
someone HELP. THE STRESS THIS COMPANY HAS CAUSED ME IS UNREAL. I CANT GET A MANAGER ON THE PHONE WITHOUT BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR HOURS.
I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME. SOMEONE FROM DISCOVER NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO ME.
