On 10/11/2017 I tried to set up an online account with Discover Bank. They didn't have the correct code for the bonus so I called their customer assistance line for help.
I had already completely filled out the application. When I got help the employee went over every item and after about 20 minutes got someone else to help her. The second employee went over the application again. Like the first employee she didn't appear to know what she was doing.
Between these two employees I was put on hold about 20 times. I was om the phone about 45 minutes at this time and I asked to speak with a manager. After another very long wait on the phone, Dennis employee# xxx972 came to resolve the problem.
After working with him for another 25 very frustrating minutes. I decided that Discover Bank didn't deserve my business.
