Discover Bank - Feature of web site broken for months

Multiple calls and e-mails have accomplished nothing. Downloading credit card transactions for a date range no longer works. They acknowledge that this is a known problem, but they can't seem to fix it. I would just like to know when they plan on fixing this bug. I have radically reduced the use of my Discover card until they fix this problem. There doesn't seem to be much more to say about this.{{Redacted}}
