It was resolved after talking multiple times with escalation manager.

I have checking account with them for quite sometime now however recently for one check which was deposited in my account from another account, they froze my entire account. In spite of calling multiple times consecutively for 4-5 days, they keep freezing account just for one check which in fact was getting deposited and not even issued from discover.

Their customer care service really sucks. The top escalation manager on phone also doesn't know what is happening and when it'll get resolved. They just buying time.

Really pathetic service. Their technical team even not is not efficient to resolve the problem and don't have any ETA to resolve for this kind of feature freeze.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Compensation.

I didn't like: Customer service.
