Had had a credit card with your bank for 35+ years. Closed the account and then opened a new credit card account.
The only reason I reapplied with Discover was because, compared to other banks where I have done business, I never had any issues. Was actually looking forward to doing business with Discover once again, old reliable. What a falisy. Have had this new credit card account since September and like other banks fraud, uncooperative, disgusting, don’t know anything customer service people with attitudes and impossible to deal with.
Too much time spent trying to obtain answers or to get anthing resolved. Your huge bank is such because of its customer base and if your employees do not shape up you are not only going to loose me, but I am sure many more out there.
