As of September, 2018, I have initiated CLOSED accounts with this bank. Having reopened several accounts and trying to do “BUSINESS” with them for the past year, this bank has been reported to Federal Bureaus in Washington, DC, USA for DECEPTIVE practices, and F—— with my accounts. Maybe heading where Wells Fargo is now, $142 million class action case.

Had had a credit card with your bank for 35+ years. Closed the account and then opened a new credit card account.

The only reason I reapplied with Discover was because, compared to other banks where I have done business, I never had any issues. Was actually looking forward to doing business with Discover once again, old reliable. What a falisy. Have had this new credit card account since September and like other banks fraud, uncooperative, disgusting, don’t know anything customer service people with attitudes and impossible to deal with.

Too much time spent trying to obtain answers or to get anthing resolved. Your huge bank is such because of its customer base and if your employees do not shape up you are not only going to loose me, but I am sure many more out there.

Discover actually hit an acquaintance of mine with a late fee for $.08! Eight cents???

She called for her pay-off total, she paid the entire amount and left the card alone after that.

A month later, she received a statement with a summary showing her payment, an interest charge AFTER her payment and a late fee for not paying EIGHT CENTS!!!. Discover is the evil of the banking industry in a nutshell.

I HAVE NOTICED A HUGE DEGRADATION OF DISCOVER'S CUSTOMER SERVICE BY TELEPHONE. WE USED TO LOVE THIS CARD AND HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR DECADES.

THEY STINK NOW! HUGE DIFFERENCE.

LITTLE KIDS WITH ATTITUDES MOSTLY. DON'T USE.
